Half of the album is decent, but the other half, eh. For those who thought Steven was going to make the next Thick as a Brick...not sure he even got close to War Child. Make a mix tape of the best moments from the last three Steven Wilson albums and you'll have a masterpiece that could rival Raven and Hand, but on its own, I find The Overview to be quite thin.
