Unfortunately, this album was released right in the middle of our transition to the new 2.0 platform, so even though I listened to it endlessly while working, I didn’t have time to write a full review. But listeners of the station know how much we love The Rocking Horse Music Club. Their previous album, Circus of Wire Dolls, was Prog Radio’s Album of the Year for 2022—and this new release is just as strong, while offering something entirely fresh.

And let’s be honest: a track co-written and performed by the legendary Tony Banks is reason enough to give it a spin. Justin Cohn (one of my Top 25 prog vocalists) delivers yet again, and Brian Coombes brings his signature sound and impeccable production.

Easily one of the best albums of the year. Go grab it!
