2. Keep It Focused on the Station & Music

This chat is for discussing the radio station, the music, and what is happening on the station at the time. It is not a general hangout or social chat room. Conversations should remain relevant to the station’s programming and the music being played.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not flood the chat with excessive messages or promote personal projects, businesses, other radio stations, or links to other sites.

4. No Drama, Politics, or Religion

This is a place for music lovers. Avoid divisive topics like politics, religion, or personal grievances that disrupt the chat.

5. No Explicit or Offensive Content

No graphic, explicit, or offensive language. Keep it clean and welcoming.

6. No Trolling or Disruptive Behavior

If you're here to stir up trouble, expect to be removed. Keep the conversation fun and enjoyable for everyone.

7. Respect the Moderators & The Station’s Decisions

Moderators set and enforce the rules. If they ask you to stop something, please comply. While suggestions are welcome, the station’s guidelines are final and not open to debate. While Prog Radio fosters a community of music lovers, it is not a community-run station. We greatly appreciate our Supporters and the contributions they make in keeping Prog Radio alive, but please understand that the owners still bear 90% of the station’s operating costs.

8. No Sharing of Personal Information

For your safety, do not share phone numbers, addresses, or other personal details in the chat.

9. Please Keep Conversations in English
To ensure everyone can participate and moderators can effectively manage discussions, please keep chat messages in English. This helps maintain a clear and inclusive conversation for all listeners. (If you're accessing the Listener's Lounge from our website, many web browsers offer translation features that can help those who are not fluent in English.)

10. Making Suggestions for the Station

We welcome your ideas for new bands, songs, features, and improvements! However, the Listener’s Lounge is not always the best place for submitting suggestions, as they can easily be missed by the station. Here are the best ways to ensure your ideas reach the right place:
 

For Non-Supporters: Please email your suggestions to feedback@progradio.com. This ensures your input is properly reviewed.

For Supporters: The best way to submit suggestions is through the Supporter’s Forum, where your ideas will receive priority consideration.

This is a space for celebrating great music and the station’s shows. Keep it positive and enjoy the tunes!
