Promote Your Music on The Prog Corner – Unplugged!
Have a new single, EP, or album on the way — or just released? Share it with thousands of dedicated prog fans through The Prog Corner – Unplugged!
This unique opportunity gives you the chance to perform live, discuss your music, and engage directly with audience reactions and questions, hosted by Scot Lade (The Prog Corner YouTube channel) and Kevin Carmony (Prog Radio).
What is The Prog Corner - Unplugged?
Unplugged is a live interview and listening session where you and your band bring your new music to life. Perform one to three songs — solo or with bandmates, stripped down or full-on, acoustic or electric — and chat with Scot, Kevin, and the live audience.
Think of it as an interactive reaction video for your songs, combining live performance, real-time feedback, and deep conversation about your music.

Who Can Participate in a Prog Corner - Unplugged Show?
Any band or artist with new music to promote is welcome to apply. If you have an upcoming release and want to reach thousands of prog fans, email us with details. If it’s a good fit, we’ll be in touch with next steps.
Please note: Unplugged spots are limited and reserved for some of the year’s most notable releases. If your project isn’t quite ready yet, don’t worry — we also offer other great promotional options for emerging artists, such as Station IDs and Guest DJ features.
Guidelines
-
Participation is completely free.
-
Artists may select 1–3 tracks to perform during the broadcast.
-
You must have full rights and licensing to perform your songs.
-
Please help us spread the word by promoting your appearance on your social media, email lists, and other platforms. We’ll do the same across The Prog Corner and Prog Radio.
Broadcast Details
-
When: Sundays at 11 AM (ET).
-
How: Live! (Pre-recording is possible if needed, but ideally it will all be live. If you have footage of your band performing live together, that isn't part of a released album or video, that can work as well.)
-
Where: All performances are remote — no in-studio appearances required.
-
Who: One or more band members can join the live show. If you will be performing songs live during the show (vs pre-recorded footage), all participants must be in the same physical location on your end (appearing together in a single video window) to avoid latency issues while performing.
-
Replay: Shows remain available on demand via The Prog Corner YouTube channel.
-
Radio Feature: Excerpts will air on Prog Radio for two weeks following the broadcast, extending your reach even further.
